HF NexusDrive

With the HF NexusDrive, a newly developed drive concept for our screw presses, we introduce a powerful alternative to our conventional belt drives.

Developed under the lead of HF, the HF NexusDrive sets new standards in efficiency, performance and reliability together with our partners Nidec DESCH and OSWALD.

With an efficiency of more than 96%, the HF NexusDrive makes highly effective use of the supplied energy. Under laboratory conditions, energy savings of approximately 7.5% have been demonstrated.

High reliability, powerful torque and flexible performance reserves ensure consistently strong performance, even under demanding operating conditions. At the same time, the belt-free drive concept reduces maintenance requirements, wear and unplanned downtime.

By reducing noise emissions from 83 dB(A) to 71 dB(A), the HF NexusDrive also contributes to a significantly improved working environment.
