Refurbishment & repairs

We offer refurbishments and repairs for our screw shafts, strainer cages, press frames and gearbox housings. After a precise 3D laser measurement and technical assessment, our specialists overhaul each component to the highest quality standards and return it ready for installation.

We offer a seamless, worry-free process from initial assessment to final delivery, taking care of every step.

Conversion kits & upgrades

To meet the latest requirements of the markets, we offer retrofit kits of our EP16 full presses to EP20 pre-pressing with a rated capacity of around 750t/day.

Full Maintenance Concepts

The replacement frequency depends on the service life of the spare parts. The service life, in turn, is determined by the correlation between the material used and the system specifications, which can be analyzed separately. Our Full Maintenance Concept is not a rigid concept, but is an individual program for your specific needs - we coordinate it with you to meet your requirements.
